I LOVE dessert! I wasn’t much into that much sweet until I had my kids, now I love sweets-damn hormones. But this cherry dessert is one of my favorite dessert. It’s a creamy goodness with a vanilla wafer crust-and just the right amount of sweetness.

Every year I get to have this delicious dessert during the holidays. My wonderful mother in-law (I got very lucky) makes this for our holiday dinners for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

This recipe is actually her mom’s recipe. So in honor of her mom I wanted to share her yummy creation. I wish I had the chance to meet her, because if she was a sweet as my mother in-law I know I would love her.

Enjoy this yumminess!!
