This recipe originated in Italy. I did some research and wanted to see if it was an actual soup that they eat there. The original recipe seems quiet different, but still sounds good.

  1. Cook sausage until completely brown.

  4. Add potatoes, and cook for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
  5. Add heavy cream and kale. Cook until kale is a little softer.
